Scientists use High-Tech scans to spy on prostate Cancer's secrets
NCT ID NCT07302763
Summary
This study aims to understand why some prostate cancer tumors stop responding to treatment while others keep shrinking in the same patient. Researchers will use a series of specialized PET scans on 45 men with advanced prostate cancer to track individual tumors over time during standard therapies. The goal is to learn how cancer evolves resistance, which could help guide future, more personalized treatment decisions.
