First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 38 times
Summary
This study is for people with advanced kidney cancer whose disease is well-controlled after at least a year of combination therapy (immunotherapy plus a targeted drug). Researchers want to see if PET/CT scans can identify who can safely pause treatment without the cancer growing back. About 30 participants will stop therapy and be monitored closely with scans to check if this approach is feasible and safe.
