Balance exercises may ease shoulder pain and boost strength

Summary
This study tests a new exercise program that uses balance challenges to improve shoulder function in people with partial rotator cuff tears. Sixty adults will be randomly assigned to either standard physical therapy or this new approach. Researchers will measure pain, strength, movement, and daily function right after treatment and again one month later.
