Summary
This study tests a personalized version of the Healthy Minds Program app to improve long-term well-being in 1100 adults with mild depression symptoms. Participants use the app for 4 weeks and are followed for 3 months. The goal is to see if tailoring the training to each person leads to better mood and less depression.
