Summary
This study explores whether a personalized form of brain stimulation (TMS) can better activate the brain pathways that control hand movement after a stroke. Researchers will compare this tailored approach to standard TMS in 37 adults who had a stroke at least 6 months ago and still have some hand weakness. The goal is to understand how well the new method works and how it relates to each person's level of hand impairment.
