Nerve implant could end bladder leaks for millions of women

Summary
This study tests a small, implanted device that stimulates nerves to help women with mixed urinary incontinence (leaking with both cough/sneeze and sudden urges). About 86 women who have not gotten better with standard treatments will receive the implant. The goal is to see if it is safe and can reduce leaks and improve quality of life.
