Summary
This study is testing a new, personalized nerve implant (Picostim II) to see if it is safe and helpful for women with mixed urinary incontinence (both stress and urge leaks) and chronic pelvic pain. The device sends mild electrical pulses to a nerve in the pelvic area to improve bladder control. The study will enroll 56 women who have not gotten better with standard treatments.
