Summary
This study is testing a new lab test that helps doctors choose the most effective chemotherapy drugs for each patient. It involves 20 people with advanced appendix or colorectal cancer that has spread to the lining of the abdomen. The test analyzes a small tissue sample to see which drugs work best, and then those drugs are given directly into the abdomen during surgery. The main goal is to see if this personalized approach is practical and reliable.
