Summary

This study compares two approaches to treat H. pylori, a common stomach bacteria that can cause ulcers. Researchers will test whether personalized antibiotic therapy based on individual genetic and bacteria testing works better than standard treatment in 360 veterans. The goal is to find the most effective way to clear the infection with fewer side effects.
