Summary
This study tests an artificial intelligence system that helps doctors decide how much fluid to give during high-risk abdominal surgery. The goal is to see if this personalized approach can reduce serious complications like kidney injury, infections, and heart problems within 30 days after surgery. The trial will include 2,000 high-risk adults having elective abdominal surgery.
