First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tested whether personalized dietary advice helps people with early type 2 diabetes control their blood sugar better than standard advice or usual care. About 255 to 294 adults with early-stage diabetes took part. They were split into three groups: one got a standard diet plan, one got a personalized plan, and one continued their usual care. The main goal was to see how much blood sugar levels swung up and down using a continuous glucose monitor.
