Summary
This study tests a personalized vaccine (Neo-DC) made from a patient's own immune cells to target unique markers on their advanced solid tumor. The vaccine aims to teach the immune system to attack the cancer. The trial enrolls 9 adults with advanced solid tumors who have not responded to standard treatments. Researchers will monitor safety and whether the vaccine shrinks tumors.
