Summary
This early-stage study is testing a personalized vaccine designed to train the immune system to attack a patient's specific cancer. It is for adults with advanced breast cancer, melanoma, or non-small cell lung cancer that has continued to grow despite standard treatments. The main goal is to see if the custom vaccine, given with an immune-boosting drug, is safe and can trigger an immune response against the tumor.
