First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests a personalized cancer immunotherapy (PCI) designed to train the immune system to attack a patient's unique tumor. It is given alongside standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy for newly diagnosed triple negative breast cancer that has not spread. Some participants also receive AB248, a drug that boosts cancer-fighting immune cells. The study enrolls 30 people and focuses on safety and whether the personalized vaccine can be made and delivered successfully.
