Summary
This early-phase study tests a personalized vaccine made from each patient's own immune cells and tumor markers. It aims to train the body to fight advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. About 9 to 18 men will receive four doses over eight weeks to check safety and see if it slows the cancer.
