Summary
This study tests a new drug called IDE574 in people with advanced solid tumors (like lung, prostate, and colorectal cancers) and a specific type of breast cancer (ER+, HER2-). The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors. About 160 participants will receive IDE574 alone or with another drug (fulvestrant). This is an early-phase trial, so the main focus is safety and finding the right dose.
