Summary
This study tests a new lab method called OPTin that helps doctors pick the most effective drugs for people with advanced or hard-to-treat solid tumors. About 200 adults will provide a small tumor sample for testing, then receive either a drug chosen by OPTin or one selected by their doctor. The goal is to see if OPTin-guided therapy improves tumor shrinkage and overall health.
