Summary
This study tests whether customizing radiation, surgery, and additional drug therapy based on how well the tumor responds to initial treatment can improve outcomes for women with advanced breast cancer that has spread to nearby lymph nodes. About 157 participants will receive a personalized plan after standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach helps keep the cancer from returning.
