First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study looks at over 44,000 past surgeries to find which blood pressure readings best predict kidney injury. Researchers will then build a computer model to give each patient a personal safe blood pressure target before surgery. The goal is to help doctors keep blood pressure in a safe range during surgery and reduce the risk of kidney damage.
