Tailored biologics may offer better control for psoriasis and joint pain

NCT ID NCT07149792

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study compares two ways of choosing biologic drugs for people with psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis: one based on a pre-screening strategy and the other on standard care. About 50 adults aged 18-75 are participating across multiple hospitals in Taiwan. Researchers will track skin clearing, joint pain, quality of life, and even artery thickness to see which approach works better and how it may affect heart health.
