NCT ID NCT05647616

First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a 4-week muscle strengthening program could help people with a condition where the first ray (a part of the foot) is stuck in an upward position, which can affect walking. 70 adults with this flexible foot condition were randomly assigned to either do the exercises or receive no treatment. The main goal was to see if the exercises improved pressure under the foot during walking.
