Phone coaching boosts recovery for lung cancer seniors

Summary
This study tests whether telephone-based physical activity coaching helps older adults (65+) recovering from lung cancer surgery and their caregivers improve physical function compared to self-monitored activity. Participants will wear a pedometer and complete surveys and tests like a 6-minute walk. The goal is to see if remote coaching can make recovery easier and more convenient.
