First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests whether adding the experimental drug NP137 to standard chemotherapy can change how pancreatic cancer cells behave. About 25 people with resectable pancreatic cancer will receive NP137 before surgery and then again with chemotherapy after surgery. The goal is to see if the drug shifts the tumor toward a less aggressive state and improves outcomes.
