Summary
This study tested whether a special dental routine (PerioGard toothpaste, mouthwash, and toothbrush) works better than standard products at reducing gum inflammation and plaque. 80 adults with mild to moderate gingivitis used one of the two routines for three months. The goal was to see if the new regimen leads to healthier gums and cleaner teeth.
