Summary
This study aims to see if a dietary supplement called PepZinGI can reduce heartburn triggered by food compared to a placebo. Fifty adults with weekly food-triggered heartburn will take the supplement and a placebo for one week each in a random order, with a break in between. The study is conducted entirely remotely, using online surveys and wearable devices to track heartburn symptoms and sleep quality.
