First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a new ingredient called PeptiStrong, when added to a low dose of whey protein, can improve muscle function in older adults as much as a higher dose of whey protein alone. About 80 healthy adults aged 60 to 85 will take a protein drink daily and have their grip strength and physical function measured. The goal is to find a way to support muscle health and independence in aging.
