New drug combo targets Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This early-stage trial tests two experimental drugs, peposertib and tuvusertib, together in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed. The main goals are to find the safest dose and understand side effects. About 66 adults whose cancer has not responded to standard treatments will take part.
