First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests a new type of COVID-19 booster vaccine called PepGNP-COVID19 in 60 healthy adults aged 18-64. Unlike current vaccines that focus on antibodies, this one uses tiny gold particles to train the body's T cells to recognize and fight the virus, potentially offering longer-lasting protection against new variants. The main goal is to check safety and the immune response at three different dose levels.
