New drug may boost IVF success by thickening uterine lining

Summary
This study tests whether pentoxyfilline, a drug that improves blood flow, can thicken the uterine lining and increase pregnancy rates in women with unexplained infertility undergoing frozen embryo transfer. About 100 women with good-quality embryos will receive the drug or a placebo. The main goal is to see if more women become pregnant with this treatment.
