First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at whether taking pentoxifylline plus coenzyme Q10 for three months can improve sperm movement better than coenzyme Q10 alone. It involves 56 men aged 20-50 with low sperm motility. Participants take either the combination or just CoQ10, then have their sperm tested after treatment.
