Summary

This study compares two types of electrical stimulation delivered through thin needles (called PENS) to see which works better for shoulder pain. Researchers will measure muscle strength and pain sensitivity in 30 adults with shoulder trigger points. The goal is to find the best electrical frequency for reducing pain and improving function.
