Summary

This study compares two different electrical frequencies delivered through fine needles (percutaneous neuromodulation) to see which works better for shoulder pain. Researchers will measure muscle strength and pain sensitivity in 30 adults with shoulder trigger points. The goal is to find the best dose for pain relief and improved function.
