First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests two types of modified immune cells (CAR T-cells) in 40 adults with active pemphigus vulgaris, a painful blistering condition. The cells are designed to target and destroy the immune cells causing the disease. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose. Participants must have failed standard treatments.
