Summary

This study tests whether pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy can improve sports performance and speed up recovery in athletes. Thirty active individuals will receive either real or sham PEMF twice a week for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure fatigue, power, and blood lactate levels during cycling tests to see if the therapy makes a difference.
