First seen Apr 01, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining the drug pembrolizumab with precise radiation can help control breast cancer that has spread to the brain. About 41 adults with at least two brain tumors will receive the drug every three weeks and radiation to one tumor. The goal is to see if the untreated tumors also shrink, which could mean the treatment works throughout the body.
