Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether using ultrasound waves to create tiny bubbles in tumors can help the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab work better. The study enrolls 6 adults with recurrent or metastatic head and neck cancer whose tumors are accessible by ultrasound. The main goal is to see if the procedure is feasible and safe, not yet to prove effectiveness.
