First seen Dec 12, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests two drugs, pembrolizumab and lenvatinib, in people with metastatic uveal melanoma, a rare eye cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if the combination can slow tumor growth. The trial includes two groups: those who have not had a prior treatment called Tebentafusp, and those who have. Participants will receive the drugs and be monitored with scans every 9 weeks. This is not a cure; treatment is ongoing to control the disease.
