First seen Mar 14, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving two drugs (pembrolizumab and IO102-103) before surgery is safe and effective for people with head and neck cancer. About 30 adults with removable tumors will receive the drug combination, then have surgery. Researchers will monitor side effects and tumor shrinkage to see if the approach improves outcomes.
