Smart blood test guides treatment for stubborn hodgkin lymphoma

Summary
This study tests a combination of the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab and three chemotherapy drugs (GVD) in 38 adults whose Hodgkin lymphoma returned or did not respond to one prior treatment. A special blood test (ctDNA) is used to see how well the treatment is working and to guide next steps. The goal is to achieve a complete response, meaning no cancer is detectable by both the blood test and PET scan.
