First seen Feb 17, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining two drugs, pembrolizumab and gemcitabine, can shrink tumors in people with advanced mycosis fungoides or Sézary syndrome—rare types of skin lymphoma. The trial enrolled 14 adults who had already tried at least one other treatment. Researchers are measuring how many patients respond to the therapy and studying the immune system's reaction.
