NCT ID NCT07388550

First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests whether a single dose of pembrolizumab, a drug used for cancer, can safely reduce long-term neurological symptoms like brain fog, headache, and dizziness after COVID-19. Fifteen adults who had COVID at least 6 months ago and still have these symptoms will receive one IV dose and be followed for 6 months. The main goal is to check safety, but researchers will also look for improvements in thinking, walking, and daily function.
