Summary
This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab to hormone therapy and radiation can help prevent recurrence in people with hormone receptor-positive inflammatory breast cancer. Participants had chemotherapy before surgery, but their cancer did not completely disappear. The goal is to see if this combination improves disease-free survival and is safe for patients.
