Experimental combo for tough lymphomas shows early promise but study halted
NCT ID NCT03983668
First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tested a combination of two drugs—pembrolizumab (a cancer immunotherapy) and CMP-001 (an injection that activates the immune system)—in 14 adults with relapsed or refractory Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The goal was to find a safe dose that could shrink tumors. The study was terminated early, so results are limited. Participants had to have tried other treatments first.
