Summary
This study tests whether combining one chemotherapy drug with the immunotherapy pembrolizumab is safe and effective for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who have limited physical activity (ECOG PS 2). About 28 participants will receive this treatment as their first therapy. The goal is to find a tolerable option for those who cannot handle standard stronger chemo.
