First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study was designed to see if adding the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab to standard hormone therapy and radiation could improve outcomes for men with high-risk prostate cancer that hasn't spread. The trial was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available. It aimed to measure how well the combination killed cancer cells and what side effects occurred.
