First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study aims to create personalized computer models of how patients walk to help doctors plan the best surgery and rehabilitation for pelvic sarcoma. Each patient's tumor is unique, making surgery challenging. The models may predict the best surgical methods to maximize walking function after surgery. The study involves 130 adults who have had or will have a specific type of pelvic surgery at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
