Summary

This study compares two exercise programs—pelvic floor muscle training and Pilates—to see which better improves urinary incontinence in 24 postmenopausal women. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups and followed for 3 months. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to reduce bladder leaks and improve quality of life.
