First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study compares two exercise programs—pelvic floor muscle training and Pilates—to see which better reduces urinary incontinence in postmenopausal women. Twenty-four women with stress-related bladder leaks will be randomly assigned to one of the groups for three months. Researchers will measure leakage frequency, quality of life, and pelvic muscle strength to find the most effective approach.
