Summary

This study compares two exercise programs—pelvic floor muscle training and Pilates—to see which better improves bladder control in 24 postmenopausal women with stress urinary incontinence. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups and followed for 3 months. The goal is to find a simple, non-surgical way to reduce urine leakage and improve quality of life.
