Summary
This study looked at whether pelvic floor muscle training can improve pelvic floor dysfunction and quality of life in women aged 40-60 who had gynecologic surgery for prolapse, fibroids, or hysterectomy. 48 women took part. The approach used exercises and lifestyle changes to strengthen pelvic muscles and reduce symptoms like incontinence. Results were measured using standard questionnaires on distress and quality of life.
