First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding pelvic floor exercises to standard treatments (compression stockings and regular exercise) can improve symptoms, circulation, and quality of life in people with chronic venous insufficiency. About 32 adults with this vein condition will be randomly assigned to either a pelvic floor exercise group or a control group. Researchers will use Doppler ultrasound and other tests to measure changes after 6 weeks.
